• Ultimate Seeds delivers its products via DHL or Post NL International services.

• The delivery time in Europe is 1 to 3 working days.

• The delivery time outside Europe is 3 to 5 working days.

• Once the package has been shipped, we will send you your track and trace information to the email address you provided. Check your spam folder.

• Your courier will deliver your package to your delivery address and leave a note if you are absent. Please note that in many cases (small orders) the courier can deliver the order to your mailbox to speed up the delivery process.

• It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not call your telephone number to check if you are home.
