Super Lemon Haze (SLH) is a sativa-dominant hybrid of Lemon Skunk and Super Silver Haze. This mix of iconic parent plants has given rise to a zesty cultivar famed for its tart flavour and heady high. The strain is also widely recognised by industry experts, winning the High Times Cannabis Cup in 2008 and 2009, alongside several other awards. As a result, this cultivar is well-established, with countless variations available from seed banks and breeders worldwide.
Super Lemon Haze can reach staggering heights if left to grow of her own accord. With a little training, however, she can be easy to control indoors.
This sativa-dominant hybrid thrives in a controlled indoor setting where temperature, humidity, and light are carefully regulated. The strain responds well to the sea of green (SOG) and screen of green (ScrOG) training methods, which encourage a uniform canopy. Fortunately, Super Lemon Haze has a moderate flowering time of around 10–11 weeks and tends to produce tall plants with elongated colas.
